  This happens quite a lot in Australia, but it's usually not reported. Particularly bad if you're a business with CALs doing dodgy and Microsoft decide to do an audit.

  A lot of us have always said that Moonbox and others are using VL/MSDN/AP/OEM etc. licenses illegally.

  Moderators here are pretty balanced and effective.
  Look @ Whirlpool or OCAU forum and you'll see how nasty and personal they can get .. i.e. running the place like its their own home, shutting down discussions/comments that don't align with their personal view, closing topics and leaving a snarky note (haha! I got the last say and you can't reply to me!)
