Just be aware that if it looks like an iPad and customs catch it they will take it and you could get into trouble.
Thats cheap , although this is a chinese site, if you know little about tablets i wouldnt receommend buying it from overseas in case you have a warranty issue.
Are you connected to that site in any way ?
