Saints Row 2 - Playing Online but GameSpy ID?

Hi All,

I recently got Saints Row 2 free from Steam.

Is it still possible to play it online?

It requires a GameSpy ID but when I tried to create one it just says denied.

Anyone been successful in playing SR2 online?

Sweet sas i wasnt expecting anything gamespy related to pop up…. that take me back. Ahh good old days of tweakimg config files for best dial ping.
