I was looking to purchase an item, and warehouse1 showed up as cheapest at $26. Postage was $18 to my address, which was too much, so I figured I would pick it up given i live very close. Then when I go to check out, I see that you also need to pay $18 to get the item delivered to their store for pickup! There is no way to purchase the item for the advertised price of $26. Since when can a physical store advertise a price for an item that that you cannot pay to get the item?
Is Warehouse1 Pricing Deceptive?

Then why can't msy advertise all their items much cheaper and then add on a postage cost for pickup? msy had to transport goods to their store too.
Nothing stopping them doing that.
On the front page of their store website it states "Not all stock available online is available in store". It looks like they have a warehouse (it may not even be local) that stocks most items and their frequently purchased items would be in store due to limited room.
So it's more like if MSY had to transfer stock from one of their stores to another and therefore they would have to pay for shipping (or they can pass the charge onto you) .
Probably need to go to a store with stock to get it at that price.
Maybe they are keeping the product you want to purchase in Warehouse2?
No.
