Is anyone else having problems?
Did a routine update today. After the update I got the 'cleaning up. This should just take a minute'. Stuck on this, frozen, error messages. Got fed up, so deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it won't let me log in. I even reset my PIN. All my details are correct.
I have been working hard on earning those points. Now I will miss today's deadlines, and have no idea when or if the app will work again. Seems to be no support avenues.

Send them an email, unfortunately (& fortunately) haven't experienced the same.
