Hi,

Just thought id ask if anyone has seen this / had success with it. Since the drives need to be chunked (external 4 and 8) but they are apparently 4 and 8 TB WD Reds (5400rpm).

Not sure if this is a deal since best buy are apparently so hard to deal with from Australia…

But $265 aus for 8TB (excluding shipping and pain) seems okay if you can actually buy it. The 4TB price keeps fluctuating 89 to 109 USD.

Only has 2 year warranty and you have to put the drive back in for that, though apparently you can get it our with torx 10 and Phillips and the SATA to USB adapter is just one screw.

No international warranty too apparently.

    Best Buy won't ship directly to Australia or to any known forwarders…

    That seems a good deal but shipping would kill it. Have you check this? I know it is different than the one you want, but specs has similarities too, and it is in Australia.
