So this has just been reduced over the last day or so. Was looking at getting this unit from Costco for $529, JBHiFi were selling this for $699 a few days ago.
Looks to be a permanent price reduction and is now the cheapest I can find for this product by a significant margin.
It's a couple of years old so I assume they've reduced the price to get rid of stock.
Get's moderately good reviews, however for the current price it is now in my opinion a bargain.

OP's model is a lot better, mainly due to the multi-room AllPlay feature.
The one the Op linked has 4k pass through.
The one linked at Bing Lee doesn't look to have.
Am I reading correctly that this only has one HDMI input?
I've just set mine up, yeah, there's two I guess, one for the ARC thing, the other for the dvd player.
Reviews say the sound quality is pretty meh on this thing. Anyone got any opinions?
I've just set mine up and it sounds great to me. I'm no audiophile, but it's a bazillion times better than the TV speakers. If also assume that at its current price is be right up there for the price point. I wouldn't expect a Sonos though.
I'll try and go in and listen to one, but JB Stores are terrible for gauging audio quality due to the ambient noise levels.
It's a toss up between this and the Q Acoustics M4, but that's not on sale (yet…).
