Excellent customer service, they allowed me to cancel my E470 order even after it was posted, full refund and I can now order the E570!
I ordered a lenovo E470 in a hurry at the end of one of the deals a few weeks ago, great value but then looked at the E570 and had regrets. E570 had the PCI-e 256G SSD, a cdrom inbuilt and a better video card for $60 extra, so I contacted lenovo customer support via email late thursday before the extra long weekend, asked to change it and placed another order with the easter deal for the E570. Over the long weekend the original order was posted =(. Lenovo asked why I want to change the order and I explained as I just said. They are going to have the courier hold the item and send it back to them and provide me with a full refund.

I would have had to backup my existing ssd, image over the new one with the OS, increase the partition size, restore my files etc. Now I just plug in my old hard drive and I get to use both!
