To better serve you here,we'd like to make a FAQ for ozbargain,
for this FAQ，users could leave their common problem or question here,we will leave the answers,then I will leave this FAQ within each post,
so this could help users find answers more quickly.

I have been managing OZB for more than one year,but keep receiving the same question everyday,this is a waste of both of our time,

  Hi Sunny,

  I had an order made about 25 days ago for which payment was taken. I didn't check on my order until around now expecting shipping to take around a month. Upon looking at my orders, I noticed my Gearbest order had been canceled as payment was 'not received within 24 hours'. And with neither my item being sent or my money being refunded, who do I take this issue up with?

  Hi my VIOFO A119 started blinking whilst on and now it won't even turn on. Purchased around August last year so its still under a year warranty. What can I do to get this fixed?
