So since the R4 deals are getting unpublished since they're illegal, I was wondering what's the next best yet cheap thing that is legal in Aus?
ie. would ordering an R4 card get me caught? or will it pass but still be seen as illegal by law. and what is the most best DS card these days, for the old DS lite?

technically its still legal is Oz. I think its only being banned in the UK.

I have actually have "Business Affairs Manager" from Nintendo Australia writing to me back in May to get those removed, as R4 "breaches Anti-Circumvention provisions of the Copyright Act" (his words, not mine). This is after this post linked by Davo1111.
I did request the manager proof of court rulings, but did not receive anything from him. But for now sorry we will unpublish any R4 related offers to cover myself.
Yeah that's fine nothing against the unpublishing of the R4 deals, was just curious on the situation that's all. So hopefully it'll be okay to order them still :) Thanks guys
tbh, we have to unpublish to cover ourselves, because its not fair getting scotty dragged off to court over something like this, so its just easier to unpublish.
Have a look on whirlpool/ocau, im sure i read alot about them there :/ Imho with the sheer volume of stuff being imported into australia, it would be difficult for customs to find it. Plus, they're too busy filming border security to worry about R4 cards.
