I am a 4th year Engineering university student and am conducting a survey targeted at people who are working in the manufacturing Industry or deal with some form of manufacturing. It would be of great assistance if I could get some input from people in this industry by filling out my survey, to get some results for my study. Did you get approval to conduct public research ? I can't see any contact details etc. which are likely a pretty serious breach of your uni's policy on research. Also, there doesn't seem to be any privacy policy for the information you are collecting.
Please don't get yourself in trouble by running this against your Uni policies.
At the least, you will be wasting people's time if you can't use the results, and you might end up with a reprimand.
