    If you use surf to get to the land to the right of the pier to the SS Anne there's a truck which you can move with strength to find a whole stack of chocolate.

Make your way from the bottom where you'll meet two trainers who will forfeit one chocolate before you head upstairs to meet the gym leader and your final chocolate.

Wow, do we get them now in Australia, too? They are a brand of the Swiss retail store called Migros, cheap, but good quality.
