Under $50 is not much but only want it for the Easter Weekend and my Lovely Instagram profile. I already have a Nikon D3400 I just want a action camera for underwater activities and riding my bike.

Target/Kmart/Big W all had clearance models for under $50 around Xmas time. Maybe check your local.

Use the "Find in Store" feature to check local in-store stock.
I got a Polaroid one from Big W (in store, about 3 months ago) for $38 or so for my son. Came with waterproof casing, helmet mount, remote, etc. Fairly sure it is 1080p.
Have nothing to compare it to, but seems to do the job.
I think you will be struggling to get anything other than a potato for under $50, but take a look at Xiaomi Yi Action Camera (1080p). You can get these for ~$80. Unfortunately I haven't found any local aus stock, so maybe not delivered prior to 13th April. Good luck.
