    I suspect these types of Hong Kong resellers have lots of disgruntled employees. I used to be a frequent shopper on DealExtreme. They could practically eliminate their customer service operation if they just did things properly the first time.

      Banggood are on the better ones to work for. They're not Shenzhen based and have a lot of bonuses for staff. Probably a Digoo employee responsible for translation.
