Buying OnePlus 3T from Joybuy

I am looking to buy an Oneplus 3T, and the best price I could find was on Joybuy.com, which is currently USD$399, approx. AUD$520.

Anyone bought mobile phones from them before？
How about the importing tax and GST？

Never heard of them before, rep seems to be banned for posting here? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/joybuy.com For something at the 500 range I'd rather buy elsewhere to be honest.
