Even the Daily Mail UK are writing about this

I bought it from Aldi last year. They are quite effective in keeping warm throughout winter without the need to turn on the heater whilst gaming or working on the pc

      Definitely cheaper than Selk'bag

      • There's a Victorian shop that did something similar and one bag was a tux!

  • April fool joke or cashing in on the record number rough-sleepers. Nice move either way.

And by writing you mean presenting marketing as editorial.

I like how the guy in the second pic on Aldi dotcom is flashing gang signs to show how down he is wearing a onesie.

This would be awesome for camping

  • I am 6' tall. Do I grab the medium or large? Just concerned that being on the end of size for medium it might be too small but the large fits someone up to 6'8" so could be massively oversized on me.

    • I'd err towards smaller. Maybe. If I bought one :D

Got the medium but I think it is to small. The store only had two larges and someone else grabbed both. Overall the store did not have much stock and what they did have was mainly smalls (I was there at opening so unless staff grabbed them they never got much to begin with).

        • @BWMerlin - I got the large but need the medium. Want to swap?

        • @jacklynhydejr: Sure, why not, I am just going to return mine for a refund.

  • Great! Now I just need a deal for a fishbowl and I'll be all ready to detonate a few astroids and save the world!

  • is this a straight jacket by aldi?

Nope, LGBTs can wear them too…

not sure what LGBTs are, but if you wear one ill be happy

    Look I'm a sleeping bag

They told me I could be anything. So I became a sleeping bag

    • +2

You just have to believe hard enough and you too can be sleeping bag!

  • +3

The only downside to this is… there is no butt flap so you cannot wear it whilst going number 2 ;)

And you will need to take the whole thing off in order to do number 1s unless you do not mind some dribbles on it..

I imagine giving the nads a quick scratch would also be a bigger ordeal than it should be.

Looks like a Michelin man suit.

Need an Elmo head and my cosplay is complete

  • Real, almost sold out, actually sold out at certain stores. Small size is definitely too small for >165cm even if it says 169. Pretty sure colour = size for this range.

A word of warning - the medium is smaller than advertised. Meant to be suitable for up to 6ft, but i'm only 5'11 and it's still too short on the arms. Does anyone have a large they don't want? Or would want to swap?

Can't find stock of the large near me!

    • I have the large and need the medium. Let's make this swap happen!

After spending Sunday driving to 5 stores I gave up.

      • Fantastic! Mine's a blue - is that OK? What colour's yours? I'm based in eastern suburbs Melbourne

  • As people have already posted, the sizings of these were really off. I have a small in red and a large in black, but am looking to swap either for a medium, don't care the color. I live in Melbourne. Message me if interested please.

  • anyone used these and are they actually warm? (3 season equivalent?)
