Bluebonnet Barbecue, based in North Fitzroy has just made a food truck. The truck will debut at Welcome to Thornbury this weekend and will be offering the 1st 50 people a free BBQ tray of food.

I can personally attest to the quality of Bluebonnet. I ate there when they were located in Collingwood (4 years ago) and they were pretty good compared to the BBQ I had in Austin, TX (La Barbecue, The Salt Lick).

Lots of other food trucks will be there as well including Mr. Burger.
