Not in 7.1.1. And they kept removing it after Betas and Previews, so anything in those is not guaranteed to remain.
I believe from Nougat onwards it is part of the OS. For Android versions prior, you will need a third party app.

How does this compare to Twilight Pro - is it any better? worse?
Looks like this is just another red overlay on the screen? If that's the case everything just gets a coat of red paint over it, including black. Do yourself a favor and look at CF.lumen with root drivers.

If you have an AMOLED display beware that it can cause uneven wearing of the AMOLED pixels if used too much.
I recommend Pixoff for screen dimming. It turns off pixels (lowering brightness and also screen resolution)
Tried this in Night Mode and found it to be useless as it kept blanking the screen every time I scrolled it so it was impoosible to read.
seems like this is now only half price…?
