Roots have some pretty great trackie dacks but not sure if they are only in Canada.
Uniqlo lounge pants.
Uniqlo fleece lined trackpants, or (and I hate to say it as they cost a bomb) Nike Tech Fleece pants
Kmart ones, I have 3 or 4 pairs and wear them constantly in winter, plus they're cheap
