I am looking to buy a phone and I was wondering whether what stores to buy from and is it worth the savings.
I have seen companies like ONEdigitals AU,eGlobaL Digital Cameras and Android Enjoyed and was wondering how they are.(I know how bad Android Enjoyed is)

But is it worth paying $100 extra every time you buy a phone that may or may not require returning? Doesn't the money you save cover the cost of buying a new device as a worst case scenario?
I'd say that I'd be trying other options that would still save me money over buying locally but may have better support.

All subjective to your situation I suppose. The Nexus 5x was around a $100 saving, which I don't consider worth the risk as I tend to keep phones for 3-4 years on average.
I ended up buying a OnePlus3 direct instead and prefer it to the Nexus.
Amazon. Everything else is a nightmare if something goes wrong.

Well reason I ask is because the grey-import then has an effect… So you get 1yr warranty on the Samsung, instead of 2 if it's local. Not to mention, you can't just take it to Samsung Australia to get fixed.

I used eGlobal many times, it was fine until something needed repaired under warranty. Had to pay shipping for a phone back to Hong Kong (about $25) and it took them almost 6 weeks to return it. It came back and had different issues which weren't there when we sent it to them. So in short, probably not worth the $100 saving on the phone to have the issues of after sales support.
