Hi all, I am keen to buy a friend of mine a copy of a book to read, but I have forgotten the title of it, and the author. Perhaps someone knows the book I am thinking of. It is a really excellent read about semi-recent and not so recent events in macroeconomics, with a focus on things like the GFC, Greek crisis etc. It was published about 5 or 6 years ago I think, and from memory each chapter is centered on a specific country or region.
I think the title contains some sort of allusion to tax, or something like that, but I could be wrong about that.
It's a really great read, and I know I haven't provided much to go on, but I'm hoping someone can help me out here…
Cheers!
From Google I get Michael Lewis' Boomerang?
