Literally same as those above - been almost 2 months and STILL haven't received my order (4th Feb). They're asking that I wait another 25 days aka 3-4 months for a pen.
Received orders from DD4, Aliexpress, hk eBay, Zapals which were placed after this one.
Customer service is quick to respond but things are taking too long.
Already lodge a Paypal dispute. Seller still talking about wait another 25 days. 70 days shipping for a pen? No way.

Same as other comments, placed my order during their last promotion on 4th Feb and still haven't received them. Contacted seller three days ago and they suggested it'll take another '20-25 business days for Aust Post to resolve this issue.
Not using express postage option is not an excuse for unreasonably long shipping!

nothing here.. emailed support on march 6th and got told to wait and contact them 25 days later if not received, emailed them yesterday to update not received and they offered me 90% of the cost as a credit on site .. wt? so i loose 10% and maybe find something else to buy and have that not reach me either .. surely Auspost can not be that bad .. has to be a tinydeal issue .. going to dispute via paypal and hope to get a refund.. and alike gearbest not going back to this store.

I have replied, and got nowhere good. I then made a paypal dispute and got the exact same message as was emailed to me on march 6th (nice copy and paste job by your specific staff), would have been nice if your specific staff just agreed to a full refund, now I have escalated the complaint due to your specific staff giving bad customer service, and not only to me as it seems on this thread. so all good, I have esculated this to paypal where their specific staff will actually get me my refund and so I can move on from tinydeal and their specific staff :) (all this for under $8 haha)
