Hardly a bargain.. I picked up 3x 9 LED torches from SuperCheap for under $10 (metallic red, blue, silver).
And of course DealExtreme has a plethora of good, cheap LED torches for much less delivered.

With lower specifications… the Narva torches you're looking at don't use Cree LED lights.

The Narva, with lower specs is rechargeable - but its usefulness will depend on your application for it.
Personally keep a low-end Super Cheap Auto (SCA) light in the flare holder of the car, works perfectly for what I need. Cost about $3.30.
