GMO free, rBGH free
Why is Revitalize Australia’s purest whey protein?
Revitalize is made from New Zealand Grass-Fed Whey ,It is sourced from cows that graze on all-natural, pesticide-free farmlands in the beautiful countryside of New Zealand, a country known for upholding the strictest quality controls for their dairy industry. The milk from these hormone-free cows is non-GMO and flash pasteurized to ensure minimal exposure to heat.
When you order Revitalize you can be sure it is rBGH free. Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone is a genetically engineered copy of a naturally occurring hormone produced by cows. It goes by a few different names including BGH, rBGH, BST and rBST.
Many countries around the world allow for the administration of rBGH. When rBGH gets injected into dairy cows, milk production increases by as much as 10-15%. The result is more milk, but at the cost of being tortuous for the cows not to mention the potential human health risks.
These negative health concerns have led Australia and New Zealand to ban the use of Bovine Growth Hormones. However, many countries still permit its administration, such as the USA and France.

This is OzBargain, not OzAdvertising. For some no name brand, this should be alot cheaper than what youre asking for.

    • Yep… the product may be great but without reviews or vouches no one will buy it unless it's cheaper.

      • +2

$20 per KG for WPI is actually cheap.

        • +1

On ebay with no deals you can get 5kgs for $98 delivered - add in their 20% deals on health and fitness its like $79

        • @qwerty:
you can find us on eBay so if you can get 20% extra off than go to eBay as per qwerty suggestion

        • @qwerty:
however some sellers on there claim to sell NZ WPI, but just flog off an inferior and cheaper substitute.

    • Seems very well priced to me, providing they're honest about the content then this seems good value for WPI.

  • +2

This is essentially 100% NZ grass fed WPI? Is this just Fonterra WPI rebranded with a few things added to it?

  • -6

    hi guys

Should of added thats RRP is $124.95
Yes its fonterra WPI they are very well known for having the best raw protein in the world

    • sorry Should of added that the RRP is $124.95

  • OP, do you have any test certificates for your protein?

  • yeah certainly do
can send out a COA with the order

  • +3

Sorry but wouldn't recommend. People deserve higher protein to serving size ratios. 24.6g out of 30g? I've seen better in ON 100% Gold Standard Whey. Should not have any carbs at all. The right info should be spread around. It says "Why is Revitalize Australia’s purest whey protein?". Its not.

    • -2

You must point out this amazing product that isn't real!

      • +3

There are multiple products (Australian) out there that have much better protein/serving size ratios.
I'm not going to name them because I am not getting paid but a simple google/ebay search will do the trick.
        Just looking out for people.

Edit: Might i also like to add, this product uses Sucralose as a sweetener. Definitely not recommended.

        • +1

Sucralose - The same as bulk nutrients and most protein powders.

Also ~25g is standard protein serving.

        • +1

@carlitos: a lot of protein powders use stevia instead. Studies proven to be much healthier than sucralose.

25g is standard protein serving you're right, but in this case it's 30g.
Love how I'm trying to give out good information and I'm getting negged lol

        • @joeyy17:

In a standard scoop of 30g the usual amount of protein is around 25g give or take a bit.

What popular protein powders user Stevia? I'd like to know for my personal interest.

        • @carlitos: I have PM'd you check it out :)

  • -1

I've been taking/buying protein powders longer than most of you have been alive. When I started protein powder was called 'Skim Milk" powder and it was $75c per kilo..

I have used Bulk Powders, Bulk nutrients, ON you name it for years on each. I have started using this as the price is $100 compared to $150+ for bulk nutrients. The Protein content is slightly down, but not $50 worth.

I use the 10% off code I rec'd and for that price, I will continue to buy it. Tastes good and mixes good.

  • 10 Kg for $189 less 5% on their eBay store.
Reckon I'll stay with "pure-product".$118.89 for 5 Kg less 5%. Good formula.

    • +1

that particular seller does not actually have NZ WPI. They claim to but instead substitute cheap and inferior WPI without any communication, and are happy to pocket the premium that you paid. Its called Glanbia Provon 292, a far cry from Fonterra.

      • Is there much NZ grass in India?
Thought they grew their own :)
