Controversy being the game being made by a bunch of SJWs with one of the lead designers expressing how he hated white people all over twitter and hilariously bad animations at times.
So, did this get negged because SJW condones racism against whites ?
@payton: Well, I negged because it's such a petty non-issue, and because who actually cares what some random developer posts on twitter? Sick of the internet bitching about him, tbh, the whole outrage culture gamers have going on is getting really goddamn old. He doesn't even work at Bioware any more, so it'd be great if everyone could just forget he exists and see the game for it's own merits and flaws, rather than the personal opinions of some dev.

It's not really a controversy, the game has just gotten a middling reception for obvious flaws.
Have heard performance on PC sucks too. I would at least like to play at 4K Medium with 980ti sli.
upgrade to dual 1080tis … most games at that res is a struggle.
99% of games run fine, sli isnt really worth it these days and I dont think it matters what card you have for this one as of now its just unoptimised. Just wont pick this up till its fixed.
I jumped from a single 980TI to a 1080TI - its pretty good, but not quite the 4k killer card yet. However, I am happy (I've jumped back into Witcher 3) and it gets 45-60 FPS which is acceptable to me
I'd say your 980TI's in SLI would be fine.
Is it "bad optimisation", or is it just that people seem to like to throw around "bad optimisation" simply because a brand new, demanding game isn't running at 4K 200fps on their last gen hardware?
@ProspectiveDarkness: I think im pretty generous when i judge optimisation. Im not always chasing 60fps, honestly 30 is fine as long as its not jankly or laggy. I usually have AA off or on the lowest setting but like to have everything else quite high.

I kinda liked the game. Origin access allows you to play it for 10 hours if anyone wants to give it a go first.

Feel free to critique it but it does seem that writing and animation wise, the game is terribad.
The delivery of the dialogue is just so wrong, the main character have a blank stare and the smiles are off, then there's the unlikable smirking NPCs. T-800 Model 101 could have done a better job.
Would expect price drops in the immediate horizon.
