I just noticed that rabobank have again upped the rate on their online savings account (raboplus) in-line with the recent interest rate hike.
The effective rate for this online saver account is now 7.05% (from 6.9%). This now makes it the highest (non-introductory) rate choice of all the online saver accounts!
No announcement on their site yet, but I'd imagine it's coming.
(Edited by scotty: Change URL to RaboPlus)
Interesting. Their website is still showing 6.9%.
Also, is InfoChoice always up to date? 7.05% could be RaboPlus' honeymoon rate when it ran a promotion earlier. Last time when RBA raised interest rate it took only a few days for the saving banks to update their interest rate. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
