Final Fantasy XV PS4 $44 AUD @ JB HI-FI

140

Hey,

This is to all those that have missed out on the 20 dollar FFXV deal, or those that can't feasibly download a 60GB game, or those that simply prefer a physical copy. Both Day One edition and the usual edition are the same price

Then again, if you waited this long, you may be willing to wait longer since almost all FF titles tend to drop to around 30 dollars within a year or two anyways

  • I'm confused. So OP are you suggesting $44 a good price or wait for it to get down to $30?

Historically, almost all FF titles, save the online subscription-based ones tend to drop down to sub-30's after one or two years after release. I'm just suggesting that if someone is able to wait ~4 months after release without playing this game, they could probably wait another 8 months on the chance it'll go lower.

For me, I think I've waited enough so I picked it up just today :)

I'm not the OP, but I suggest the latter. $20 if possible. This game was not good.

Also for those interested you get this game free with a 12 month ps+ subscription to Indonesian PSN for 58 $ https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-id/reward_game/playstati…

where do you buy your Indonesian PS+ for $58? I know a trusted Ozbargain and reddit site which sells it for $34

never mind, just checked the indo store offer and it mentions the word "bundle", so I assume I cant just enter a 12 month ps plus code from 3rd party site in order to get that offer :(

    • indo site has good bundles but generally prices and flash sales aren't as good as the US site imo.

Mine is still downloading from yesterday :)

  • Sweet submitting my price protection from launch day.

60GB wtf… Then again FFs have always been stunning in quality (well maybe not FF IX but that's according to taste). That reminds me, need to order FF XIII-2 from somewhere.

Most big name games are around this size, if not bigger.

  • any cheapish ways of getting the steel book edtion of sorts?
