  Just curious, are you making use of both address fields?

  Your address problem isn't the issue here.

  What was the length of time between you submitting the order and receiving the above email?

  I just logged in and had a look at the delivery address page. Did you use the 2 address lines available to you?

  If not simple solution, abbreviate Highway to Hwy and cut out spaces somewhere.

  Your other package did not make it to you? You remember the cheapo VR headset stuff - they never sent out an email notifying people they were out of stock and waiting on more supply, making people wait months on end - which is simply incompetent. Other explanation would be lost in mail, or a lengthy amount of time on the delivery above the norm (I'm used to waiting 3weeks - a month+ for items from china)

  My experience was good with them. But I haven't use any PO box or similar before, just regular addresses. Their shipping times are better these days. I think they have a warehouse in NSW somewhere as some of my latest orders where addressed as from NSW and were quick (about a week) to arrive.

  It was a couple of days after placing the order around the 13/3.

  I don't really remember what the address fields looked like but I always make use of the two address lines if they are available. I did order via Paypal though, so it's entirely possible my address was populated via the PayPal API.

  Gearbest first opened a support case to check my email address not mentioning anything about the length.

  I believe your items were most likely rejected and sent back to Gearbest who would have had to pay additional custom fees.

  They aren't stupid, but I guess they are lost in translation. They most likely have a black mark next to your account.

  You basically just lost your right to do a Paypal dispute… They will have proof it was rejected and sent back.

  Parcel Lockers are generally preferred by those doing CC fraud as well…. I have had some problems with runaway buyers.

    Well that's new. I've always had international items delivered without a problem. As long as it's sent via that countrys postal service it will come via AusPost.

  Gearbest sent me something that blew up in my hand. I was lucky. Wrongly marked voltages on product itself.

  That wasn't their fault. The 3 months it took to get my money back was.

  Gearbest, way better than Zapals. 0 out of 4 orders with problems with Gearbest, 3 out of 3 problems with Zapals.
