    Sounds very expensive. There are free plugins that automatically backup your Wordpress site to Dropbox, Google drive etc. I'm interested why I would pay for this service? I haven't been using Wordpress all that long, so please correct me if I am wrong - I'm just interested in why people would pay $250 for this

  All you need to do is get a wordpress export plugin, back up the sql database, and copy all applicable files to wherever you want them be it google drive (free) or any other cloud hosting. Or your own physical hard drive(s).
  Why pay more than a year's hosting for that?
