I don't think it's you this time :) Most surveys are single entry (as you said) so I must have the wrong link - have to find the generic one.
can you see if it works now? seems to have worked for a few others (well, unless they figured out the link) and I am getting the last page (had to go to the end for the T&Cs but didn't enter).

@pfaftle: pretty sure it's not you…coz I got the exact same msg entering the URL in another browser.
@pfaftle: Nope. I had to do the survey (on Chrome) to get to the T&Cs..so when I click on the link now, it's showing that last page asking me to enter my email. When I enter the link in IE, it's showing that error msg you received.
