I ordered a few items with express shipping two weeks ago, and my order hasn't even shipped yet (still processing). They won't answer my emails. I used paypal so should I try getting a refund? Thanks

I've placed 3 order lately with Zapals, and I'm not impressed.
1st, ordered on the 19th Feb, paid for 5-8 day AUsPost Air Parcel. Spent over a week in processing, I emailed them asking whats going on on the 28th, same day I get a response saying sorry, it has now been shipped, and it was.
2nd, ordered on the 8th March, paid for 3-7 day DHL Experss, waited week again and emailed them on the 15th, on the 16th got a reply, really sorry for the delay……blah blah blah, tracking number is _________. Still on "processing" on the 18th so I emailed and asked for a tracking number, recieved it same day. Today is the 21st and the DHL tracking shill only says "Shipment information received", so DHL haven't recieved the parcel yet. So when they say it has been shipped, it sounds like bullshit.
3rd order, ordered on the 13th March (stuff I forgot with the previous order), well thats still in Processing and I haven't emailed them about that one yet.
So yeah, thats my experience with them so far.
Pretty much all my stuff is Xiaomi home smart gear, so I think they don't have enough stock to fulfil all the Xiaomi orders, since they have a massive and very cheap sale on the Xiaomi smart gear at the moment.
Get refund from Paypal.
I don't know about express shipping but Zapals has always taken a week and longer to dispatch my orders. Go for the refund, 2 weeks is quite ridiculous.
Wouldn't recommend TinyDeal either, i'm still waiting for an order placed 1 month + 3 weeks ago.
