a bit of a misleading title but I couldnt find a better one

whats the best/biggest birthday offer you received on your birthday from a company, thats generic and avaiable to most people,

so it cant be because you know someone or you are client and they made a special effort for you?

the best one I received was a $50 meal voucher at a restaurant whose mains were about $50, via email

so essentially I got a meal to myself for free

what else have people received?

(remember it has to be generic and a non customised offer)

For my 10 years, they ordered a cake, and it didn't get made, they ordered it again and it was the wrong size and tiny, ordered a third time to get the right size and spelled my name wrong, but as I was busy while everyone was on break the cake was eaten before I got any. Did get a $50 gift card for instore, but the card was blank as was the name….

FREE Beer - my footy club gives me a free beer on my birthday (and all other members on their respective birthdays) - but because I don't drink alone, my mates pay for their beers (and my subsequent beers) - so really it's a marketing ploy that profits the club.
But free beer tastes the best.
