      Yep did the same a year or so ago on the same basic unit (previous 7kw model). Great buying. Did have a fault but resolved without major issue under warranty, just xmas closures made it a bit slower but that's one of those things.

        Can you report what issue you have had. My Panasonic has had an internal leak. Low on gas. Dealing with Panasonic currently under warranty.

Online purchases (including purchases via eBay) are not eligible. Claimants must have fully paid for the Eligible Product before they are eligible to submit a claim.

      The thing is if you buy from GG and pick up you get a printed GG receipt at the time of pick up which shows full price without voucher and no mention of eBay if I remember correctly.

    Purchased from Good Guys via Ebay, EFTPOS card was approved regardless of "Internet Purchase" clause.
    Received $200 EFTPOS card in the mail today.
