Recently I made a purchase online at a craft beer store..Package turns up and it's missing a beer. I send them and email saying the package was missing one of my beers that I'd paid for. I sent that email last Friday.
So this week it gets to Tuesday evening and no email back. So, I send off another email just saying I was following up on my other email…Tomorrow is Friday and I still haven't heard a word back from either emails. NSW didn't have the public holiday this week either.
This is the second time I've ordered from them and both times a beer has been substituted for a different one as they were out of stock.. Frustrating but I can deal with that. However, this lack of customer service is starting to annoy me. I feel I shouldn't have to wait a WEEK for a reply!!
Is there anything else I can do? The purchase was made on a CC and directly through their website.
