Who has best pre paid call rates that dont expire every month. Please do not suggest savvytel/savvymax. You just have to google to see the trouble they are having.
Any suggestions? I already have the phone outright.

I would suggest Justprepaid their rates are pretty cheap, calls have no flagfall to anyone and it expires every 180days. I think their rates were 30c per min and 15c text to anyone. http://www.justmobile.com.au/prepaid.php
