  I used to buy from these guys but recently had a terrible experience. I bought 4 leather jackets and then spent 6 months going backward and forward every month or so to them about where the jackets were. 2 months in they told me they had started an 'investigation'. I bought end of August last year, at Xmas they gave ma code for $20 to apologise for the delays, since Feb they stopped answering my requests for an update. In the end I called and they were still doing an 'investigation' 6 months after I was meant to have the jackets so I had my bank do a credit card charge back.

  Prior to that I had good experiences, shipping was a bit unpredictable but I bought some good bargains and actually defended them on a post or 2 here. Not defending them anymore!

    Ouch! Yea, I can understand it just takes one bad experience to never go back. I haven't had one so far, so still ok with them. They do have some really good bargains sometimes.

  I've stopped buying from these guys. Previously products were of good quality and arrived in reasonable time. My recent orders were of really bad quality. Smash up boxes. Dusty smudged shoes. Weird sizes. Kids clothes came with significant chemical smell. Cheaply made products with chinese label on them. Glitters falling off and ruining everything. Threads coming out and once again really all over sizing. These people have really gone downhill.
