ShoppingSquare - excessive number of negative votes?

I just tried to post the location of the latest hidden freebie on the shopping square site and my submission was rejected due to the volume of negative votes on shopping square deals.

What is the general source of the negative votes? Just want to know whether it is worth buying from them or not.

      They do it every now and then. They post it to their facebook page. They do all sorts of promotions.

    I know a large amount would've have come from the voucher thing a month or so back. Where they had a deal where however many people like their facebook status means they'll all get a voucher for $X amount. After the deal was posted, Shopping Square announced some less than favourable TOC's.
