  • great! glad that they have stock

  • Free delivery is only for order more than $50 though.

    • I think with the 'free' club catch 'trial' you get free shipping.

      • The free trial of Club Catch requires a $50 minimum spend to get free shipping

      • nah it is not. However, you can stack it with some other items you need to make it $50 and get free shipping.

  • Thanks OP. Been looking for this all over.

  • +1

Bought this at launch, I can't recommend it. It's supposed to fit the console, the joycons, 6 games and the joycon straps. Except the straps don't fit comfortably and causes the case to bulge…

The other issue I have with it, is that it's easy to accidentally unlock the console while it's in your bag. The unlocking method (press the same button three times) accepts joystick presses as input… It's a tight fit and the sticks are flush with the edges so it isn't as unlikely as you'd think. Happened to me the other day and was disappointed I didn't get my lunchtime Zelda fix.

Save your money and get a better one.

    • I have the switch (can't be bothered going inside) I know theres the slewp mode, vut isn't there a full power down mode so that only the power button will bring it back?

      • Hold the tiny button the left side of the system down for about 4 seconds. System will prompt power options, one leads to a power off option.

    • I already ordered 2x glass screen protectors (hoping I'll sell the other one to another switch owner) but am looking for a carry case. Anyone you'd recommend then?

      • Are you in Melb ? I need glass screen protector

        • Sydney unfortunately. We should start a separate thread for this.

        • EB got a new lot of screen protectors in late last week (I got mine from Chadstone store) so there might be some around still.

  • I bought this one on launch. It's the least bulky 'hard' case I could find, but as someone else mentioned it's quite a tight fit. It's also quite thin so if you're rough with it you might want something sturdier.

It's perfect for in my work bag though.

  • Thanks OP! Used masterpass and got it cheaper. Finally I can take the Switch out and about. - Cheers!

  • (profanity) this dudes, do what I, and the rest of 2002 do, and wear cargo shorts.

Switch unit in one of the main top pockets, and the two joy con in separate lower pockets to avoid them smashing together. Works a treat.
