Hi Guys,

Canberra is turning 104 on the 13th of March, so to celebrate the National Gallery of Australia (NGA) is currently offering 2 for 1 tickets to the "Versailles: Treasures from the Palace" exhibition.

Tickets can be purchased via Ticketek using the code 'NGATREASURES'.

I think this offer is probably valid until the 13th seeing as that is Canberra day, but it may last longer. You are able to purchase tickets to other dates using the code. So if you're planning on going and don't have tickets yet, it's pretty much 50% off per person.

    if you get to Paris it is well worth the trip out to Versailles. Not just for the buildings but the gardens as well.

    I just tried again and it still offered me the 2 for 1 option. What date are you trying? I tried the 19th,22nd of March and the 9th of April. Worked for both the March dates, but not for April. Hope it helps. I just tried again, it seems it's only valid for dates until the 24th of March, for dates after this one it is no longer valid. Maybe they've come up with another code for this dates as it used to work for dates in April too.

        Have a look at the video I posted earlier, it shows where you input the code, the purchasing options change and actually say 2 for 1. Unfortunately when I tried it yesterday it was no longer available for dates after the 24th of March. Still works for this week though.
