Same here this stuff has quite literally changed my life, I had constant hayfever symptoms and this has helped all of them.
I have suffered hay fever for long time. I am going to give Olive leaf a try if it helps. How many capsules do you take daily?
I aim to have six a day but usually miss out on the two at lunch time, I would not recommend starting on that many as i did suffer from some side effects for the first few days. Probably try easing into it with 2 a day and build up from there.
