Amaysim V.s. Lebara [Which Plan Is Cheaper]

Hi there, needed some input on this issue I'm facing right now.

I'm currently on Amaysim's 3GB Unlimited Plan (29.90 for 28 days, 3GB data). I came across this offer on the Lebara site (https://www.lebaraonline.com.au/lebara-unlimited-plan-starteā€¦). The Lebara plan has 10GB Data and unlimited calls for a special price of 14.90 (compared to its standard of 49.90.

Will I be paying $14.90 for the cost of the sim pack (and the cost that I'd pay for this month of usage), but next month I'd be paying $49.90 or would I be paying $14.90 as long as I recharge each month ? It's not clear on the Lebara site.

That's "Lebara Unlimited Plan Starter Pack" so only the first month that's $14.90. All subsequent recharges are $49.90. Similarly Kogan Mobile has 14GB + Unlimited Call for $1 starter kit, but obviously that's only for 1st month (and $49.90 afterwards).

  • so which one is cheapest and including international calls… Boost and any other operators on Telstra network

  • Just signed up to a sim-only plan with Optus. Promotion was 12gb, unlimited calls and texts for $40 a month over 12 months. Seemed generous.
