Looking for an AVReceiver with Tunein App Feature Advice Requested

I am looking to buy an AVReceiver with Tunein app feature to receive Internet radios and to connect to a $k SUHD Samsung TV. Must have HDMI ARC (Audio Return Chanel) option.Not looking at very expensive models.
