Doesn't work if you've already used the code. Title should say $57
Any point getting this over the SanDisk dual usb? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/296082
No expert but in lieu of no one else with better knowledge answering and the deal ending in an hour - Samsung are more expensive than SanDisk I believe due to the brand itself, the design and also Samsung has lifetime warranty vs SanDisk 5 year. Up to which you prefer, of course if you want USB OTG functionality grab the SanDisk, otherwise depends if you rather pay the extra $5.50 for the Samsung brand, design and the extra warranty.
I remember some previous SanDisk deals had talk of the drives getting extremely hot but I don't know if that applies to that model sorry, I couldn't see anything mentioned in previous SanDisk USB OTG deals so I'd guess no (edit, yep all good no heat issues with this one, see below).
I recall some threads and posts about little Sandisks or Samsungs getting too hot to touch. But Im leaning toward they all (as in all the tiny ones) will as size decreases as far as I can tell. I have a tiny Lexar and it seems to get hot too. Must be the compact size concentrating the energy from data transfer or whatever witchcraft it is.
edit: Samsung Fit is the one I recall. But mine is Lexar, and it gets hot, as does the device its plugged into.
Ditto for this - same capacity and speed (apparently)without the big lump on the end - is $52.95 less $20 = $32.95

Is one substantially better than the other???
Ah yes that's the SanDisk I was referring to above which people complained about the heat, see comments:

Might go the Samsung then - thanks
No probs, the link bangomango posted looks likes a good deal though https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/296082 if you wanted OTG, no heat issues there, just slightly less warranty and brand name/design. Up to you what you prefer
I've got the 64GB of this and it gets very hot and is far from the fastest drive around. The heat may just be the stainless casing transfers the heat though and others are more shielded.
Also mine failed and I was extremely impressed with Samsung warranty. They express posted me an express post satchel to return it for assessment and replacement.
@rob74:
same here. The samsung gets burning hot as well.
same here, the 64gb gets uncomfortably hot.
Good job !
