Crumpler bags are not cheap but if you stuff the zips, which I tend to do with monotonous regularity by overstuffing my bag, they replace the zip for free.

Several times and they haven't quibbled. Apparently there is a limit - then they give you a new bag. I have a few crumpler bags. My tip is go to the DFO and look at the outlet ones first. I've got bags there from 30-70% off RRP.
Crumpler products are well worth it. I've had my custom made Barney Rustle blanket going on for 11 years now. I used travel a fair bit and I would take this bag with me. Till this day, it has never failed me. I'm quite surprised how well it's held up. I have never had a bag last longer than 2 years. So yeah, these things must be magically enchanted..lol
