  Yep. We were looking at buying new luggage mid December for a trip in April.. Lady told us she didn't know when it was ending "but it could be any day now". Almost 3 months later and it's still going!

what is the lightest luggage? any suggestion?

  I get the Samsonite polycarbonate ones. Just get a normal one, don't get the lightest ones as they strip out every possible bit of weight. A few more grams for better zips etc and a cheaper price seems to make sense for me. Costco have some as well.
