Free Android App for Busy Professionals - Feedback Request!

Hi all,
I have built and launched an Android app recently (https://getremynd.com). it is designed for busy people who do a lot of business on the phone. Rather than have to remember all the details about the many conversations you're having with many people, the app lets you save your mental notes against specific contacts, and that way when there is a call/text with that person, the note pops up.
No more forgetting conversation points, no more scribbles on scraps of paper etc.

Its pretty new but have got over 900 downloads with no marketing, and now I'm looking to get user feedback so that I can iterate on it.

all help is appreciated!

Thanks guys!
Z
PS am a newbie, so please guide me on how best to use OZBargain too!

Would suggest you read the docs on Material Design (some helpful guidelines to implementing it are here - making your app more attractive will incentivise more users to download and try it out.

This is assuming you haven't used a hybrid framework to build the app thus far. Abandon hope, all ye who use Cordova (or whatever it is these days).

    • Thanks psyren89 - spot on! i will be using material design once i validate the true use cases and benefits to users. This is still in beta, and having successfully applied lean methodologies previously, I am aware that user feedback will determine function which them impacts design/form. If you use the app for a week or so and tend to do a lot of work on the phone I'm sure you will have some super valuable insights for me :)

Doesn't Contacts already have notes per contact or am I thinking of Sony Android firmware?

    • Diji1 - thanks! not familiar with the Sony version of Androidware. Does the note come up on a contact event, or just show in the log? for eg samsung shows something similar on calls - they show the last text exchanged, which is pretty useless.

if you use the app for a bit, I reckon you will have some pretty cool insights into what else is possible. Thanks!
