unfortunately shipping costs do sour the deal a little, to deliver to my area it was an extra $19.

Kogan support and warranty vs BigW support and warranty.. $20 difference or more?

    • +5

Not to mention you get it now from bigw instead of in like 4 weeks… If your buying a console on launch day why screw yourself over 20 bucks…

    • Neither of these shops offers any support.

Kogan will fight you at every opportunity if you try to return.

BigW are pretty good IME, I've never had them refuse a return.

    • only $1 more when you take in the delivery fee.

    • Big W always have good console deals, I'll be supporting them - not Bogan Kogan.

Rather pick it up today for $1 more and deal with Big W over Kogan.

  • Love how they're doing different bundles for different games, I hope to see more.

    • Different bundles for different games?

      • Yeah, Big w was doing one with 1 2 Switch, i think they sold out though.

I heard some regions were doing Bomberman.

  • Does anyone know if target is price matching the bigw deal?

    • +1

      Why wouldn't they?

    • I always try to ask target to price match but they always tell me they don't do price matching.

      • I've never had a problem getting a price match at Target

      • Yep they won't price match. Went with Jb Hifi price match and gift cards at 7.5%off basically meant Zelda ended up costing $4

  • it'd be a good deal if they listed it on eBay ;)

  • I went to buy a laptop off Kogan but I got spooked when there was no mention on where it was going to be shipped from.

I'd rather pay $20 more and support an Aussie B&M store.

    • -4

OK but they won't support you.

      • +2

well, they will. If its faulty just drop in the store and get it replaced, really simple and have done it twice witha PS4.

    • what wrong with Kogan? Its because of him JB and Harvey norman are selling TVs cheaper then ever.

      • What about Dick Smith ? they should rank no.1 when you mention TV deals especially their last few months.

  • I'd pay $50 to not buy this from Kogan.

    • +5

Send me $50 via PayPal and i'll allow you to not buy from Kogan. Otherwise, you must buy all their stock and use the boxes to build a fort.

  • If delivery is mandatory, include it in the price.
It's $19, which makes this only $1 less than buying from Big W. Not worth it.

I'd revoke my pos vote if I could.

you can, click on Votes and revoke yours.

  • Just putting a -ve as buying local for a few buck more is way better value than buying gray import. Plus $19 shipping kills the deal.

Having said that, OP thanks for sharing and don't let it put you off posting future deals :)

  • according to Vooks, its $499 shipped and local Australian stock, not grey import. Source: https://www.google.com.au/amp/www.vooks.net/kogan-nintendo-s…

if true could be a game changer..

    • nah its definitely $19 shipping.

  • +1

It's $619 now. What are they thinking?
