How to Get Money from Your Cash Rewards Account?

Hi All,

Two months back I signed up on CashRewards and did some shopping. I can see some rewards balance in my CR account but it is not available. I read that the rewards will be available once it is confirmed by the store. But its been more than 2 months store hasn't confirmed. I have received my items and there is nothing left between me and store for that transaction. What should we do so that store confirms our buyings to Cash Rewards and make rewards available.

  Often takes up to 3 months for the balance to be available for withdrawal. It's not exactly clear on their balance page, but if you look closely you see (in big font) how much you're entitled too, then underneath it'll tell you how much is available for withdrawal.

  The minimum withdrawal is $5 IIRC

  If you make a purchase now and the CR claim is successful, you should be able to withdraw it by the time you're using your pension.

  I think the general rule is that the cash back amount becomes available once the return period has lapsed, provided you haven't returned anything and received a refund.

  If it is past the approval date they list here www.cashrewards.com.au/rewards click the speech bubble icon, and it fills in a contact form automatically with that merchant, and asks you to upload the invoice and they chase it down for you.

  There are some places I find that are slow and stay pending after the approval date. Cotton On is one I had to inquire after recently. But if you use the support thing after the approval date they reply pretty quick.
