    Ordinarily yes they are expensive but under $50 delivered for a quilt cover set is pretty good especially for the bigger sizes like king.

      It is on the expensive side. You can get some really cheap quilt cover sets at Kmart and the patterns are nice too. kind size is $29? But the material isn't very nice. And it's super scratchy. I still buy them cause they're cheap and looks good though lol i guess you get what you pay for!

      A good quality set for under $50 is a super bargain imo.. esp for king size. Dummy me used to pay $150++ 😂

    I have bought a lot of linen in the past, generally because before Ozbargain my mother used to buy bed linen at ridiculous prices, so I know more than I should about it. So, it varies greatly depending on the product. I only ever buy cotton, so I don't know about the blended stuff but my experiences with Adairs stuff has been great. My Sheridan quilt cover didn't last half as long as my Adairs quilt cover, the colors lasted a lot longer, too. And I got a seafoam green sheet set from Adairs is just as good, if not better than the Sheridan sheet sets I own. Nice and crisp, all cotton. I hoped to get another sheet set but they never seemed to run the same deal. Personally for me they are comparable to Sheridan, with some items being better, and some items being a bit worse. They are definitely worth it at this price, imo. If I didn't have too much bed linen I'd consider getting something. That said, my last set from Adairs is from 2-3 years ago, so not sure if they have kept that standard.

    Worst quality sheet sets are anything by Spotlight. It's 'ok' stuff, but… well, even the 'cotton' stuff seems scratchy and fake. I'm pretty sure its minimal poly blend and they don't disclose it. That said, its often dirt cheap, so…

  Thanks OP, both still working - bought a rocking chair on there that I've been wanting for ages. Not free delivery as bulky but on sale and codes cut the delivery fee in half anyway.
