Light-weight at 109 g and with a streamlined body 33 cm in diameter, the Alpha Drone was designed for aerial acrobatics to capture even more exciting footage.

In-built 6-axis gyroscopic control gives the Alpha superior stabilisation, even against wind and tricky manoeuvres.

Use the Alpha Drone Transmitter and its display screen to trim and tweak the controls. Trigger the photo, video and 3D Eversion functions at the touch of a button. With a range of over 60 m, even if the Alpha flies out of range, there's no need to worry about lost footage as the on-board camera records locally to a Micro SD card (included) and won't stop if the Alpha travels too far from the Transmitter.

The on-board camera records footage in HD 720p at 30 frames per second and shoots pictures at 2MP. Switch easily between modes with the buttons on the Alpha Drone Transmitter.

  I won't buy anymore Kaiser Baas stuff. Too many problems. Basically just cheap crap at a higher price.

  I was given one of these for christmas. From the reading I've done online it's a rebranded 'Syma x5c'. I bought spare batteries from eBay for it that were sold for syma x5c and they fit/work fine in this drone.

  As for the device itself I find that it flies very well. I have removed the camera as I don't use it, the one time I did I found the quality to be average at best. I mostly fly it inside, but it goes well outside if you have a large open space (or no wind in a small backyard). The battery only lasts about 5-8minutes, but it charges pretty quickly (within 20minutes, although this may depend on your USB charge brick). All in all a very good entry level drone, but if you're after something with an amazing camera give this a pass.
